How do I reset my password? ▼
Go to your account page (My Account in the nav), tap Sign In, then tap "Forgot your password?" Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.
What is the 1% platform fee? ▼
ListDirect charges 1% of your home's final sale price at closing — only if your home sells. There's no upfront cost to list.
How does agent cashback work? ▼
Every certified agent on our platform has agreed to give sellers a minimum 1% cashback at closing. This comes from the agent's commission — you pay nothing extra.
What is the agent referral fee? ▼
Agents pay ListDirect a 10% referral fee from their commission on deals closed through our platform. This never comes out of the seller's pocket.
Is ListDirect available in Canada? ▼
Yes! ListDirect serves both the United States and Canada. Our AI tools support both USD and CAD pricing, and our agent network covers major Canadian cities.
How do I delete my account? ▼
Email us at infolistdirect@gmail.com with your account email and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.
